Our Business Process
Interview
Firstly, you will talk to our specialists discussing your situation, needs and objectives behind getting a home loan. Then we will analyse that information to provide you with the best plans and get your work done quickly.
Document Gathering
After we figure out the best plans for your home loan, you will need to gather all your documents such as ID, Bank statements etc. which are required further for application process.
Application Lodgement
With the documents ready, you will have to fill out an application form with all the necessary details, then it will be loaded onto our system, and we move to the next step.
Conditional approval
Condition Approval allows you to submit your home loan application before you find the right property. It gives you an idea of how much you could afford to borrow and the total property price you can afford to pay.
Valuation
After you finalize the property that meets your needs and budget, we request valuation and inspection of the property. Then you make the offer and proceed for Formal Approval.
Formal Approval
After all the necessary information and documents have been confirmed, bank will issue a Formal Approval which means that they are willing to approve the loan.
Document Signing
Once the loan gets approved, the loan documents will be sent to you. You will need to read and sign them, then return the documents to the lender.
Settlement
The Bank will verify the documents and you will be booked for a settlement date. After that, you would have been successfully granted Home Loan.
